We are seeking an experienced, motivated Office Manager assist in running business operations.
Qualifications include:
Experience in consultant coordination, managing multiple projects from schematic design through construction administration, ability to coordinate tasks for interns, interested in professional growth within an innovative, studio work place that offers a relaxed, creative environment. Ability to work and complete project assignments with minimal supervision.
Your duties will include the day-to-day operations of the company. You will be the first point of contact and would be responsible for taking calls, welcoming visitors, and directing them to appointments or the appropriate personnel to meet their needs for client assurance. Responsibility for the supervision and support of the company, general office duties, light accounting work, review, track, and analyze budgets, and maintain records and databases essential to marketing, client management, and goals. Also reporting office progress to senior management and working to improve office operations and procedures.
Experience in identifying strategies and techniques to attract new clients with a focus on increasing the firm’s viability by securing prestigious clientele and forming new relationships with businesses and organizations. These efforts are to expose the firm to larger and more complex projects to increase profitability and net worth. Also aid in new product development and market trends within the industry.
Your duties will include interacting with clients and prospective clients with a pleasing personality, patience and communication skills. Social Media platform management is required to broaden firm’s awareness to new audiences. Understanding and implementing media production methods, including visual, oral written and other methods.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years’ experience working in architectural firms.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Abode Suites Software completing proposal and marketing documents.
Administration of projects requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and exhibit capacity to organize and manage time effectively.
Participate in Team oriented project delivery progress where each project will be developed from conceptualization through permitting and construction.
