BEST Employment SoluTions is seeking an experienced, dependable Maintenance Technician for a residential apartment community in Travelers Rest, SC.
We're looking for a skilled, self-motivated professional who can work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and communicate effectively with residents and management.

♦ Qualifications

• HVAC certification — Preferred
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification — Preferred
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general property maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
Rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities required.
