What You Will Do:  

As a Soda Fountain Technician, you will be responsible forsafely completing the disassembly, cleaning, and re-assembly of commercial soda fountains.

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

▪ Follow instructions based on customer and company requirements
▪ Safely disassemble soda fountains using hand, power, and air tools
▪ Clean all components
▪ Replace or repair parts as needed
▪ Troubleshoot and make repairs as needed
▪ Refinish stainless steel
▪ Re-assemble soda fountains
▪ Test for proper operation and QC check
▪ Assist with on-the-job training and continuous improvement
▪ Maintain work area and equipment in a clear, safe, and orderly condition
▪ Assist team in achieving facility and department goals

 

For this role, you will need:

▪ Strong hand-eye coordination
▪ Ability to read, speak and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions
▪ Attention to detail
▪ Ability to operate Company computer system
▪ Follow direction of team leadership
▪ Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills
▪ High School Graduate or GED, or any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities

 

This role is extremely physical, which will require:  

▪ Sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time
▪ To frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, twist, reach, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties
▪ Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight
▪ To operate assigned equipment
▪ To verbally communicate to exchange information
